VACANT POSITION Early childhood position for Daycare Center

Baby Globetrotter will be opening its first micro-crèche in Jacou, starting January 2015. Baby Globetrotter is a bilingual (French and English) day care centre for children starting 2,5 months old till 4 years old. Baby Globetrotter is aimed to providing high-quality childcare services and an exciting and individual-focused learning program in a multicultural environment.
We are looking for a full time (35 hours per week) Nursery Teacher (English native speaker)
YOUR TASKS:
• preparing the pedagogic program together with other manager and team members
• working with 1 or 2 other team members to take care of a group of children (6-10 children)
• managing communication with parents including daily reports, regular meetings and yearly development reports
• backing up other team members for absences
REQUIREMENTS:
• you have a native-level in English
• you have the diploma specialized in early childhood care in France or equivalence abroad
• you have 2-3 years of working experience with young children in day care centres or nurseries
• knowledge of French is a plus
• you are able to remain calm under stressful situation and like to work in a team
• you work with a customer-oriented attitude
